Cohort-Based Leadership Development

As an external coach partnering with HR, I extend 6–9 month leadership programs so workshop insights become real-world results. Programs are built on 3–4 workshop flights, with coaching serving as the bridge to individualized development. Clients include Cox Enterprises, Cox Media Group, Verint, BGCA, Progressive Dental and CHOA.

How It Works

  • Workshops: 3–4 flights establish shared language, core skills, and peer connections across functions.

  • 1:1 Coaching: 7–9 sessions per participant to debrief assessments, set goals, apply tools, and tackle roadblocks.

  • Manager Alignment: Three coach–leader–manager meetings to clarify priorities, secure sponsorship, and track progress.

  • Peer Team Coaching: Four sessions where leaders address real challenges, exchange perspectives, and build lasting relationships.
