With 25 years of coaching experience and more than 15 years in corporate leadership at Quaker Oats and Coca-Cola, I bring a disciplined, strategic, and business-grounded approach to executive coaching. I hold an engineering degree from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

As an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and founder of The Dorsey Method, I help executives position themselves for promotion, navigate complex organizational dynamics, and deliver results at the highest levels.

I’ve coached hundreds of leaders across healthcare, consumer goods, and nonprofit organizations. My clients — directors, VPs, and CXOs — work with me to sharpen influence, increase alignment, and achieve lasting results. Many are in the critical final 3–12 years of their careers, determined to maximize their leadership impact and secure the opportunities they want before retirement.
