By purchasing any product or service from audreydorsey.com or completing payment through a payment link provided by Audrey Dorsey, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Services
Audrey Dorsey Executive Career Coaching offers the following products and services:
The Dorsey Method™ — Workbook Series: A digital product consisting of six downloadable PDF workbooks delivered via email upon purchase.
The Dorsey Method™ — 1:1 Coaching Program: A six-session executive career coaching engagement conducted via video or phone, delivered over a mutually agreed-upon schedule.
2. Payment
All fees are due in full at the time of purchase. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By completing payment, you authorize the charge to your selected payment method. All amounts are in U.S. dollars.
3. No Refunds
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the product or service, failure to use the product or service, or change of mind. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
4. Digital Product Delivery
Upon purchase of the Workbook Series, you will receive a secure download link via email. Download links expire 24 hours after first use. It is your responsibility to download and save your files immediately upon receipt. Audrey Dorsey is not responsible for files that are not downloaded within the allotted time, though reasonable accommodation may be made at her sole discretion.
5. Coaching Engagement
Coaching sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement following enrollment. Sessions not used within twelve (12) months of purchase are forfeited. Audrey Dorsey reserves the right to reschedule sessions with reasonable notice. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, legal advice, or financial advice. Results are not guaranteed.
6. Intellectual Property
All workbooks, materials, frameworks, and content provided through The Dorsey Method™ are the intellectual property of Audrey Dorsey. Purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own career development. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or share the materials in any form.
7. Confidentiality
Audrey Dorsey will keep all information shared during coaching sessions confidential, except as required by law. Clients are encouraged to share openly; however, Audrey Dorsey reserves the right to use anonymized, non-identifying insights for professional development purposes.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Audrey Dorsey, her affiliates, agents, and assigns shall not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from or related to your purchase or use of any product or service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages, loss of income, loss of opportunity, or any other loss, even if Audrey Dorsey has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with any product or service is to discontinue use. By completing your purchase, you expressly waive any and all claims against Audrey Dorsey to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of DeKalb County, Georgia.
