Welcome to SKYLAB, INC. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of the products, workbooks, and coaching services offered by Audrey Dorsey, operating as SKYLAB, INC. (“we,” “us,” “our”), through www.audreydorsey.com (the “Site”). By purchasing or using our materials, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use our products or services.

1. Payment and Refund Policies
• The Dorsey Method™ Workbook Bundle: This is an instant-download digital product. Because you receive immediate access to all materials and assets upon purchase, all sales are final, non-refundable, and non-cancelable. To evaluate the system before buying, you are welcome to download our free Executive Positioning Matrix™. We will correct a duplicate or erroneous charge, or a verified technical failure that prevents access, but these are billing corrections, not satisfaction refunds.
• 1:1 Executive Coaching ($6,000): Coaching fees are paid in full in advance and are entirely non-refundable. Once purchased, your coaching engagement must begin and be fully completed within six (6) months of your purchase date, after which any unused sessions will expire. Scheduled sessions require at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule.
• Workbook-to-Coaching Credit: If you purchase the Complete System for $1,997, you may apply that exact $1,997 spend as a credit toward the $6,000 1:1 coaching package. This credit must be used within ninety (90) days of your workbook purchase, is non-transferable, and holds no cash value.
• Acknowledgment at Purchase: At checkout, you will be asked to confirm: “I understand this is a non-refundable purchase.” Completing your purchase confirms your agreement to these Terms.
• Pricing and Payment: All prices are in US dollars and due in full at the time of purchase. By submitting payment, you authorize the charge and confirm that your payment information is accurate and that you are authorized to use it.
2. Intellectual Property and Personal License
• Your License: Your purchase grants you a single-user, personal, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our workbooks and frameworks for a single individual’s career search. For corporate, HR, or outplacement purchases, a separate license must be purchased for each individual recipient or departing employee. You may not copy, share, resell, lease, redistribute, sublicense, or publish our materials, in whole or in part, within an organization or publicly. Violation of this license immediately terminates your right to use the materials and may result in legal action.
• Our Assets: The Dorsey Method™, The Executive Positioning Matrix™, and all site designs, page layouts, custom graphics, and workbook contents are the exclusive property of Audrey Dorsey and SKYLAB, INC., protected by United States and international copyright and trademark laws. They may not be copied, imitated, or framed without our prior written permission. The Birkman Method® is the property of its respective owner.
3. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you have a billing or access concern, please contact us first at audrey@audreydorsey.com so we can make it right. If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us, we may treat it as a breach of these Terms. We may revoke your access to the product, decline future purchases, and provide our payment processor with records of your agreement to these Terms and of product delivery and access.
4. Confidentiality of Coaching
Information you share during coaching is treated as confidential and is not disclosed to third parties except as required by law or with your consent.
5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
• Outcome Disclaimer: Our workbooks, frameworks, and coaching are educational and informational tools designed to guide your career search. We do not guarantee job offers, interviews, promotions, salary increases, or specific hiring outcomes. Your ultimate success depends on factors outside our control, including market conditions, your industry experience, your individual effort, and the independent decisions of employers and hiring committees. By purchasing our materials or engaging us for coaching, you agree that Audrey Dorsey and SKYLAB, INC. are not responsible or liable for the career, financial, or personal outcomes of your choices.
• Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Audrey Dorsey and SKYLAB, INC. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost income or career disruption. In all circumstances, our maximum aggregate liability to you is capped at the exact amount you paid us for the specific product or service in question.
6. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
We would always prefer to resolve any concern directly, so please reach out to us first. If a dispute cannot be resolved between us:
• Individual Claims Only: To the extent permitted by law, you and SKYLAB, INC. each waive the right to a jury trial and agree that any dispute will be brought only on an individual basis, not as a class action or other representative proceeding.
• Governing Law and Venue: These Terms, and any relationship between us, are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any legal dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms for future purchases. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase, and the current version is always posted on the Site with its effective date.
